Elston Lone Tree Ranch (ELTR) is owned by Wes and Michele Elston. We are located 23 miles east of Jamestown, ND just 6 miles north of Interstate 94. Wes grew up raising commercial cattle and farming with his father and brothers. In 2008, we moved to raising registered Angus cows for their mothering ability, calving ease, fertility, and udder quality. We strive to maintain a herd with gentle, good disposition, and that is efficient. Wes continues to farm along with raising Angus cattle.

In 2020, we had our first joint bull sale with Burchill Angus (BA). We met new cattlemen and women and are ready to hold our second sale together. ELTR and BA share the same philosophy as far as cattle are concerned along with a few herd sires, donors, and above all friendship.

This year, DVAuction will be broadcasting our sale from the Bismarck Livestock Auction. The bulls will be on display the day of the sale. In the strange times we are experiencing, we hope this will allow everyone to take in the sale in the manner they are most comfortable.
